Curriculum review is the process of evaluating and improving academic programs to ensure they remain relevant, effective, and aligned with institutional goals and societal needs. It involves analyzing course content, learning outcomes, teaching methods, and assessment strategies to ensure they meet current academic and professional standards.
Regular curriculum reviews help maintain academic quality, foster innovation, and ensure programs meet accreditation requirements and institutional objectives, ultimately enhancing the student learning experience and preparing graduates for success.
ASPD is responsible for ensuring that faculty complete their curriculum reviews in accordance with the timelines set by the University. Together with QMEC, we provide guidance, support, and oversight to facilitate timely and effective reviews that align with institutional standards and priorities.
